Our small group training is limited in size to provide each client with the attention that they deserve. Each program is designed to strengthen, tone, condition and improve your bodies overall mobility and exercise capacity. - $80/month for class: HIIT/TABATA 2x wk 30min - Use or lose basis. Welcome to attend any open class, day, time. Check with Brenda for availability.

A 60min session focusing on strength, conditioning, core and agility using various tools to target all muscles and give you a total body workout! Our SGT will help reduce bodyfat while strengthening and toning muscles using total body routines. You'll see an overall improvement in your physic followed by lifted Glutes and firmer legs!! We don't neglect legs and Glutes!
GROUP CLASSES - $150/month
FUNCTIONALLY FIT | Tues, Thursday 8 a.m
A 45 minute class of Functional Training incorporating low impact cardio, strength-training, balance, coordination, flexibility and agility incorporating core in every move. This is the perfect workout for beginners and those looking for resistance training other than weights. A great way to including movement to compliment your strength program.
GROUP CLASSES - $80.00/month (classes are held upon availability)
HIIT CLASS 30min | Tues Thursday 8 am 5 p.m and Sat 9 a.m
Our special program designed for high calorie burning in a short amount of time. This 30min session is made up of High Intensity Interval Training utilizing a variety of different training modalities and equipment. This method uses timed intervals followed by short recovery time performing the exercise at maximal effort. With goal of increasing overall VO2 max and help boost Fat burning.
TABATA CLASS 30min Tues Thursday 9 a.m Mon Wed 5 p.m Sat 7 a.m (upon availability)
Our special program is designed for high calorie fat burning session in short amount of time.
This 30min session differs over traditional HIIT in that it's usually completed in 4min increments that consists of 8 sets of fast paced exercises each performed for 20sec followed by brief rest of 10seconds. This alternation of resistance exercises is considered cardio but with a focus on strength training targeting anaerobic energy system aswell as aerobic energy system with bursts of high intensity in an effort to maximize your fat burning potential while building strength.
