Small Group Training and Classes
Our small group training is limited in size to provide each client with the attention that they deserve. Each program is designed as a total body workout to strengthen, tone, and increase your flexibility and endurance! We will help you reach your fitness goals through total body exercises and personalized nutritional guidance. Come by or call today for more information!

- $180 a month for small group training - Use or lose basis. No rescheduling.
- $120 a month for group classes - Use or lose basis. Welcome to attend any open class, day, time. Check with Brenda for availability.
- Please arrive promptly to class as class start and end times are non-negotiable.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING - $180 a month
SCULPT | Monday-Friday, at 5 a.m., 8 a.m., 6 p.m.* (*Friday 6 pm meets on Saturday 8 a.m.)
A 60 minute program utilizing resistance training and various tools to target all muscles and give you a total body workout! Our Total Body Sculpting Small Group Training will blast away the fat while toning and tightening your entire body. You'll see tighter abs and a lifted and firmer booty in no time!
GROUP CLASSES - $120 a month
FUNCTIONALLY FIT | Monday-Thursday 4:45 pm *No PM Class on Friday but you're welcome to attend Saturday Blast at 9 am
A 45 minute class of Functional Training incorporating low impact cardio, strength-training, balance, coordination, and flexibility with core-toning and development in every move. This is the perfect workout for beginners and a great way to move and groove on recovery days!
TABATA HIIT - FAT BLAST CLASS | Monday-Friday 9 am and 5:30 pm *No PM Class on Friday but you're welcome to attend Saturday Blast at 9 am.
Our special program designed for high calorie burning in a short amount of time. This 30 minute class is made up of interval training and the alternation of exercises with bursts of high intensity in an effort to maximize your fat burning potential. It's a great place to begin your fitness journey or to help you lose those last few stubborn inches to reach your final goal!
