Small Group Classes
Our small group training is limited to 10 students to provide each client with the attention that they deserve. Our classes range in size but do not exceed the 10 student to one instructor ratio. Each program is designed as a total body workout to strengthen, tone, and increase your flexibility and endurance! We will help you reach your fitness goals through total body exercises and personalized nutritional guidance. Come by or call today for more information!

- $150 a month for one small group training - Use or lose basis. No rescheduling.
- $80 a month for a month of one HIIT class of choice - Use or lose basis. No rescheduling.
- $250 a month for unlimited classes - Use or lose basis. No rescheduling.
- Please arrive promptly to class as class start and end times are non-negotiable.
- Please remember that all classes have a limited capacity so reservation of class spot is required. No drop-ins allowed.

30 Minute HIIT Class | Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5 a.m.
HIIT is a 30 minute class of High Intensity Interval Training. You will burn more fat in less time with our HIIT workouts! These are high intensity, fast-paced workouts that are perfect for people who are short on time but want to exercise and see results!
TRX Suspension HIIT Class |
A 30 minute class of HIIT Training utilizing the TRX Suspension trainer. TRX Training combines cardio, strength-training, balance, coordination, and flexibility with core-toning and development in every move. We utilize TRX Suspension Training along with other equipment in our facility to give you a complete, total body workout that will fuel your metabolism in 30 minutes. Our instructors are TRX Qualified and PÜR Fitness & Health is the only TRX Qualified Facility in the Lower Rio Grande Valley! Accepting Registrations!
Quick FIRE Burn Class |
FIRE is a 30 minute class where you will feel the BURN! Fierce Interval Resistance Exercise (FIRE) improves cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength endurance. High intensity interval training burns calories and turns your body into a fat burning furnace. Whole body functional training targets muscles with integrated movements. High energy demand combined with fierce cardio intervals. For ALL FITNESS LEVELS.

SCULPT | Monday, Wednesday, Friday, at 8 am, 6pm; Tuesday, Thursday 6 pm and Saturday 7 am
A 45 minute program utilizing resistance training and various tools to target all muscles and give you a total body workout! Our Total Body Sculpting Small Group Training will blast away the fat while toning and tightening your entire body. You'll see tighter abs and a lifted and firmer booty in no time!

A 45 minute class of Functional Training incorporating the TRX Suspension trainer. TRX Training combines low impact cardio, strength-training, balance, coordination, and flexibility with core-toning and development in every move. This is the perfect workout for your recovery days! Our instructors are TRX Qualified and PÜR Fitness & Health is the only TRX Qualified Facility in the Lower Rio Grande Valley!
STRENGTH JR. | Monday, Wednesday, Friday, at 4 pm
Our special program designed for children ages 10-13! A 45 minute program utilizing resistance training and various tools to target all muscles and provide a total body workout! We utilize body weight and resistance training to teach proper form and help your child reach their wellness goals in a safe and effective manner.
Tabata Bootcamp™ Fitness Program | Intensive 12 Week Weight Loss Program -- $275 for 12 weeks; $5/month for Tabata online support
Group 1 - Monday, Wednesday, at 5:15 pm and Saturday at 9 am

Our Tabata Bootcamp™ Fitness Program is a 3 month group training program that is based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the 20-10 Tabata Microburst Training Protocol and other various HIIT protocols. Group members receive an easy and individually formatted program from a certified Tabata Bootcamp™ instructor. Participants participate in weekly workouts that will result in true, successful weight loss and muscle gain. Program members meet in small groups with their trainer 3 times a week for comprehensive total body workouts that focus on lower body, upper body, and core providing both cardio and strength. Within each workout, participants experience short intervals based on Tabata Bootcamp's training that delivers a calorie drenching workout and post metabolic boost (ie. boosts your metabolism to burn calories after the workout). Done the Tabata Bootcamp™ way, you not only burn calories during the exercise, but your body keeps burning extra calories for the next 24 to 48 hours. The Tabata Bootcamp™ Fitness Program is a unique and revolutionary approach to successfully lose weight and build muscle in minimal time.
